In the above context, it implies to be fully equipped and prepared for a task, often implying intense activity or thorough execution.

  THE  2ND QUARTER: Happy New Month Folks, Trust you are doing great. The 1st quarter of the year is done and dusted and it's amazing how fast it came by. I remember introducing the line up of series for the first 3 months of the year and it still feels like yesterday. Where the objective behind the theme for the 1st quarter (#getdownonit) was to inspire my audience to kick off their aspirations for the year in good time, the theme for the 2nd quarter is more about displacing obstacles hindering you from getting started. As for me, I'm trying my best to connect with my audience beyond the scope of my job as an interior designer and project manager by referencing cycles of seasons that spans 2 decades of my life, ranging from year 2004 to 2024. Hence, The "About This Time" Series  Going by my age, the seasons of my life you knew nothing about would likely exceed 3 decades (if you are not a relative, a friend or a colleague), but then I should ask myself; at what points did I become conscious enough to identify seasons of my life and their peculiarities?
