RENOVATION Hello folks, trust the weekend is coming on well with all your plans for summer going smoothly. Beyond the insights I will be sharing on this series, expect to get access to real life scenarios as I get involved in helping individuals, organisations and families plan and execute their space upgrade in the course of the summer break. In my last post I established 3 approaches to upgrading your spaces, that is; Facelift, Quick Fixes and Renovation, but my focus today is on Facelift, as the most balanced measure on the scales of budget, time, and scope of work. In my preview for the 3rd- quarter (sometime in July), I mentioned that August is the time of the year when individuals, organisations and families plan to upgrade their spaces, while they are out on summer vacation. In view of this, I will be sharing ideas and insights on how you can upgrade your spaces (home, office and more) to a whole new level, just before the vacations are over and we all get back to the super active mode 😊 In upgrading your space it is important to consider factors like budget, time, and the scope of work, so in line with these factors, my approach on this series will be based on 3 scales of upgrade, namely 👇:         1 Facelift/ Makeover                  Facelift defined is any activity undertaken to renew, revamp, update, or improve the appearance of something. Simply put, facelifts are tweaks to the current aesthe
