TAKE 3!!!  Hello peeps, Trust you are doing great. Having introduced the line up of series for the last quarter of the year, it's time to get down to business. If you have ever been stuck, unable to carry out important tasks within your space, simply because you ignored an item that's not so pronounced but crucial, then you would have to pay attention to The "Last But Not Least" series. As a Project manager I'm aware there is room for slight negligence which is permitted within the premise of what is called 'oversight', however my approach on this series is from the angle of GROSS negligence, which is usually the case with projects that do not have professionals on board. So as I assume my audience largely consist of folks who are not experts in project management, my post might include items that appear too unbelievable to be ignored by a professional.
