#THE "LAST BUT NOT LEAST" SERIES 2

SAFETY MATTERS!!!

Hi there,

How are you doing today?, I guess you are having a lovely weekend.

It's been a long week with loads of work related engagements, however I can't explain the excitement I feel each time I connect with you, my amazing audience 😍

October is all about The "Last But Not Least" series, where I draw your attention to crucial but not so pronounced items needed within your spaces.

As mentioned in my previous post, oversight (interchanged with negligence) is normal with projects, and the margin ranges from slight negligence to gross negligence, with the later being my area of focus.

Whereas I featured 3 utility items in my last post, today I will approach this series from the angle of safety, a scope that's often neglected, especially when professionals are not engaged on projects.

Highlighted here are 3 safety items I strongly recommend for your work and living spaces πŸ‘‡

MOTION SENSOR LIGHTS

If you have at any point bumped into an object in your space in the course of finding a light switch, then you should appreciate this smart innovation.

Motion lights help lit hallways/corridors, staircases, doorways and other traffic paths as soon as you approach them in a close radar.

It's sure an effective way to minimize domestic accidents within your space.

SURVEILLANCE CAMERA

I wouldn't have to say so much about surveillance cameras as I'm quite sure you are aware of the role it plays in keeping spaces safe.

From lives been saved to truths been revealed, these smart devices are fast becoming a necessity in both public and private spaces.

With advancement in technology, surveillance cameras come with various features and I suggest u consult an expert for technical advise before you opt for one.

https://www.secureshop.ng/ is a very good place to start.

WATER SPRINKLER

You may never get to know the importance of water until there is fire.

As much as I do not wish for a fire outbreak in your space, you shouldn't downplay the importance of safety devices like this, as they keep little sparks from escalating to big fires.

I should say that water sprinkler serves a different purpose from fire extinguisher as the former gets to work even in your absence.

I'm definitely not an expert on the technicalities of safety devices but I sure can help you position them within your spaces by way of efficient layout on your floor plan.

Remember I'm always available to help you make the best of your spaces.

I'm Kenny, an interior designer and project manager.
