THE "MISSING LINK" SERIES 3: SUBMIT
THE
"MISSING
LINK"
SERIES 3:
SUBMIT!!
Hello Peeps,
Trust you are good, and if you are observing Lent or Ramadan, I guess it's going on smoothly.
I started The "Missing Link" Series helping you find the PURPOSE for your space, now let's get to the part most people can identify with; EXECUTION or POWER.
Recently, I got on a business simulation game with a team of professionals. Each round of the game entails making business decisions for an entity created solely for the game.
It was rocky for my team at the early rounds but then we gained stability after realising there were key components to be deeply considered before hitting the "Submit Decision" button.
So I'm pondering; I know you've got the power to do what you want with your space, but what's the chance you are considering the right components before clicking your own "Submit Decision" button?
Today I will be sharing with you prerequisites for executing a successful project, not so you master project management, but just so you have an idea👇
#1:
THE
OFFER
Think of this as all you stand to GAIN or LOSE in the course of executing your project by yourself.
Choosing to boycott the input of professionals on your project may appear gainful on the surface but believe me when I say there is a lot you are paying for without your consent 👇
💰 hidden COST
✂️ VALUE reduction
🚧 unknown IMPLICATIONS
Among several other disadvantages you know nothing about.
Trust me, engaging professionals who will help you spot these nuances will cost you less when you look at things from a Cost vs. Benefit P.O.V
Of course the choice is still yours to make.
#2:
THE
SUPPLIER
This is where it gets really tricky, and that's because many times folks who get "smart" disengaging professionals on the offer side, end up giving it all to the suppliers.
Getting this bit right by yourself entails having:
📚 high TECHNICAL competence
🏗️ wealth of EXPERIENCE
Congratulations if you've got reliable suppliers, but beware of the deceptive ones, especially those that are quick to advise you to ditch professionals.
This is an exposure many suppliers will cringe at, but don't forget I'm all out for you 🤗
#3:
THE
CHECKLIST
Back to the business simulation game, we had a checklist that highlights all the components we haven't considered before rounding up. Each one comes with a color code 👇
🔴 do not IGNORE
🟠 risky to ignore
🔵 not so risky to ignore
It's possible your project is an all blue, but what happens if it's all red?
That's why you need professionals like myself who plays the role of a guide even when you insist on making the final decisions.
You are just a step away from getting it right, simply use the link below to get started 👇
