Hello everyone!

Happy New Month, trust you are doing great.

I'm glad you made it to the last quarter of the year, and I remain optimistic this final lap is going to yield the best of 2025 for you and I 🙏

As usual, the first weekend in every quarter highlights a theme with a caption conveying the line up of series for the next 3 months.

We "Got Down On It" from January to March, then sailed through April, May and June with the "Love Don't Cost A Thing" mantra. In the 3rd quarter we made sure there was "No Turning Back", and now in the final lap and 4th quarter of the year I thought to charge my audience with the theme "GET IT DONE"

With about 90 days, 2000+ hours and over 126,000 minutes at your disposal in 2025, I dare to say you still have all it takes to achieve your goals for the year.

SERIES

Eviction is the legal process of removing a person, such as a tenant, from a property.

The sound of the phrase can be scary especially if you have been served an eviction notice before. I can tell how it feels getting one but the good news here is, you are the one serving the notice.

So what are you serving an eviction notice in this case?

I choose to leave that as a suspense, hoping you would be on the lookout for my post next weekend.

Truth be told, I sometimes run out of ideas for what series to run and that was the case for November until I came across the music single titled "Home Advantage" by my homie @taiwofincH.

Where this song is a campaign on "Our roots -Never forget the road that leads home", I can tell you the same is true for your space.

November will be filled with exciting posts on how you can make your space a place you always wanna be.
