The countdown to the end of 2025 is on, with just 40 days to go. I say this to let you know the goal for a transformed space in 2025 is still very much possible, and that's the essence of The "Home Advantage" Series.

The series started out with general guidelines you can adopt for your space and then transcended into a bit more specific approach, all of which can be reviewed here 👇

In my last post I launched a 2-week campaign that offers my audience an opportunity to engage Team Consult Kenny, leaving our lines open to anyone with specific needs as regards the transformation of their space.

In the slides to follow, I will share the solution we were able to proffer to one of the folks who reached out with concerns for a part of his space 👇

A request came through from an audience I prefer to make anonymous.

He needed a solution for a choked staircase that also feels unsafe due to inadequate provisions for stair landings, a call for balance between aesthetics and functionality.

The solutions proferred from consultations prior to ours was either to 'break and rebuild'; or manage with railings.

Hoping for a more effective solution, the homeowner chose to reach out to my team.

PROPOSAL


A 5 minutes video call gave Team Consult Kenny an idea of what can be done to salvage the situation.

A quick model was drawn up from the brief and the result is phenomenal.

Open up the walls to connect the staircase with the dining, creating enough room for a proper landing and an enhanced view

It's okay to raise a thumbs up emoji to our ingenuity, but don't be quick to forget all this happened because someone reached out.

While work is ongoing in furtherance of our proposal, I hope for a hitch free execution but that's not my only expectation.
