Hello and Happy New Month Folks,

It's the 2nd month of the year already, I guess you are in full gear moving towards achieving your goals for 2026.

There are quite a lot of interesting moments in February:

And of course The "Missing Link" Series, where I get to provide my audience with guidelines that will help you execute the appropriate concepts for your spaces.

This series is a perfect fit for anyone who has tried to copy and paste a concept or design they found online (or in another space) into their own space to no avail.

My approach on this would be methodological (just so you get it), rather than a quick fix that mostly leaves the audience in a limbo.

And that's where the 3P's come in 👇


#1: 

PURPOSE 


The 'why?' question is always a critical part of every discovery process. Whether it's in developing a product, starting a business, or making the best of your space.

Having a clear picture of the purpose your space serves will help you solve the problem of misfits by half.

My post next weekend will help you see how to align the 'why' for your space with factors like the shape, size and orientation of spaces.

#2: 

POWER 


The subject of power is simply about execution. and this is where it gets tricky.

These days it's perhaps easier to hit the "add to cart" or "proceed to checkout" buttons on an online furniture store than it is to book a session for design consultation with Consult Kenny 🙄

I hope to show you how to avoid the pitfalls of online sales strategies that tend to make your space a 'dumb site'

My son once exclaimed "what type of clothe is this?!" while trying to help his mum fold one of those stylish blouses typical of a lady's wardrobe 😆

Sensing his concern, I quickly wade in telling him about the frustrations I had doing same for my mum many years ago.

This simple intervention gave him a sense of relief, similar to what you will get finding the uniqueness of your space and knowing how to take advantage of it.

THE 2ND QUARTER- LOVE DON'T COST A THING

  THE  2ND QUARTER: Happy New Month Folks, Trust you are doing great. The 1st quarter of the year is done and dusted and it's amazing how fast it came by. I remember introducing the line up of series for the first 3 months of the year and it still feels like yesterday. Where the objective behind the theme for the 1st quarter (#getdownonit) was to inspire my audience to kick off their aspirations for the year in good time, the theme for the 2nd quarter is more about displacing obstacles hindering you from getting started. The caption "love don't cost a thing", is not just inspired by the title of a popular song by Jennifer Lopez, but also implies this line of thought "what you truly love to do, don't really cost a thing", except that the later caption is too long to catch your attention 😜 I am confident the highlights of series by Consult Kenny Posts for this quarter will not only drive actions but also propel movements in the right direction.
