THE 'TO-THE-RESCUE' SERIES: SAVE-THE-DAY!!!

Trust you are doing great.
In view of the train-bus accident that occured on the 9th of March in Lagos (Nigeria), I would like to use this medium to send my heartfelt condolence to families and friends of those who lost their lives. I also pray speedy recovery for those who sustained injuries in the crash π.
In my last post, I brought to fur 3 scenarios (out of many) that will serve as a guide as I share insights about situations where I was able to rescue folks in dire need of an interior designer to intervene in chaotic situations in their spaces.
As I proceed with insights on Scenario 1 today, it is important I mention that:
β I got as much information as needed about the situation at hand (intelligence)
β I assessed the situation as critically as possible (analysis)
β I adopted the most suitable solution to the situation (action)
And these are steps crucial to salvaging situations like this. Here is what I mean ππΌ:
*THE CASE*
Mrs. X (anonymous) who had engaged an artisan to produce and install a T.V wall cladding, got something completely different from what she wanted.
She was in dire need of a designer who will rescue her ahead of an annual holiday event where family and friends come around to wine and dine.
*THE HOW/ MY ASSESSMENT*
Do not expect me to run down the local artisan for doing a shewdy job, as I have at some point had issues meeting client's expectations in the past too.
However, in my years of experience, the most common factors around issues like this is usually centered around *COST* AND *COMMUNICATION*
*THE SOLUTION*
Having established an effective communication with Mrs. X, using Illustrations and simulations (as shown in the picture attached to the last slide), then it became easy to get the cost right.
And of course, teamwork with the execution team who ensured designs were followed to the detail equally made client satisfaction a reality.
Consult Kenny saved the day and Mrs. X was excited about it.
So if I may ask, why wouldn't you bring that chaotic situation in your space up before it's too late?
