Hello and happy weekend peeps.
Trust you are keeping up fine.
The series for the month of April is centered around celebrating heroes and legends of the interior design industry in Nigeria.
Whereas my last post focused on industry pioneers, today's post will feature personalities who discovered a niche in the industry and ventured into new frontiers, leading the pack to the benefit of all.
Come with me as I place the spotlight on just 3 of these game changers ๐๐ฝ :
N:B- The personalities featured in my post were selected on the grounds of access to verified information and not based on favouritism.

With more than two decades of experience in the industry, he has had a significant impact on the โlook and feelโ of interior dรฉcor in and around the hospitality sector, redefining the boutique hotel concept.
At a point when Nigeriaโs hospitality industry was saturated with international brands, Tabansi Identified a gap in the homegrown hospitality management industry, which resulted in his venturing into a couple of hospitality businesses in the country.
He is the founder and Managing Director of Svengali Designs Limited, Svengali+Poliform Limited, Tribeca Hotel concepts Ltd and Fahrenheit Hospitality Limited. He equally served as the President of Interior Designers Association of Nigeria (IDAN).

*#6: REMI DADA*
Remi Dada has a Bachelor of Science degree in architectural studies from the University of Illinois, U.S.A.
His work as an architect began in the U.S where he worked for architectural firms before moving back to Nigeria after his appointment as the product marketing lead for Google, a role that preceded his employment as the B2C Product Marketing Head at YouTube for Sub-Saharan Africa.
In 2018, after leaving YouTube, he founded Spacefinish, a design/build company specializing in office interior architecture. In the space of 5 years, Spacefinish has worked on top notch projects for corporate and tech companies like Google Nigeria, Andela, Stanbic IBTC Bank, PWC, Sterling Bank, RenMoney and Vibranium Valley Project.
Although Remi has not been in the interior design scene in Nigeria for so long, his exposure to the tech industry has offered him an opportunity to launch a brand of interior design that has redefined the future of work and public spaces in Nigeria and Africa. His works has featured on many notable platforms, including African Voices, CNN.
Trust me when I say he is an eye for the future in what is now known as Interior Architecture in Nigeria, and as such a source of inspiration to many, including myself.
