Hi folks, trust this message meets you well.

It's just about 17 days to the end of 2024, I guess the activities scheduled for the year end are going as planned.

The 12th and last series on Consult Kenny Posts for 2024 is centered around reflecting on how far I have come with my deliverables for the year, as well as delving into my aspirations for the future.

The idea behind The "What's Up?" Series is to engage my audience as I respond to your follow up questions.

Below is one question that appear to suit what I seek to highlight in my post on what works.


Q: HELLO THERE, I WOULD LIKE TO UNDERSTAND HOW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WORKS.


The most effective way to answer this question would be to run a 3-STEP description of the workflow for a typical project using a case study subscription by a subscriber (@NIXIL) as a case study.

#STEP 

1:

IDEATION 


For every project, there is a concept or idea in the mind of the project sponsor who engages designers, architects and other professionals to help translate the ideas into reality.

The content attached to this slide is a visual design for the experience centre of an electronics brand.

Although the design was not created by Consult Kenny (we certainly create designs too), but my team was engaged for planning and execution on this one.

This later became a 1-month subscription for PLANNING and 3- months subscription for EXECUTION.

#STEP 

2:

MOBILIZATION 

So we got to site after completing the planning and preliminary phase that lasted a month.

The content attached to this slide is the site reality for the proposed design on the previous slide, and the picture was taken upon commencement of phase 2 of the project.

It is important to note that we came on board at the FINISHING and FURNISHING phase of the project, which explains why the execution lasted just 3 months.
