Since the upgrade of your space goes beyond this summer, I thought it would be great to keep our conversation going. In view of this, I devised an acronym; T.O.T, so as to turn the attention from me (the concepts and ideas man) to you (the person with the real needs), so what is T.O.T?

T.O.T is an abbreviation for "THIS OR THAT" and would pass if used as the word "THOUGHT"

In the course of the week I helped a client reach a decision, as he was faced with the option to either engage a contractor full time or deploy artisans directly on his painting project.

Of course both options have their pros and cons, but engaging me raised his confidence and helped him reach a conclusion in record time.
