THE "YOU CAN COUNT ON ME" SERIES 3

SET THE EXPECTATION!!!

Happy weekend Fam,

Trust you are all doing great and I guess you have been following my posts on the series that seeks to establish your trust in the Consult Kenny brand.

It's important I mention that, beyond the knowledge acquired or insights gained by my audience on this platform, there is a place for engagement which remains a strong index by which my success on the job is measured, therefore the need to build trust and ultimately foster engagement remains the primary aim behind The "You Can Count On Me" series.

So in my last post I talked about myself, with the hope to build some trust around who I am and who I am not. Kindly refer to the link below for a read.

Now today's post will address what your expectations should be ahead of future engagements.

And perhaps a review from a client would give me a good head startπŸ‘‡:

#1: EXPECT SATISFACTION

There is definitely no better way to talk about client satisfaction other than through a client review. Below is an extract from a review by a client with highlights of what you will get every time you engage Consult Kenny

..."I’m totally impressed by their delivery and I’m happy for the choice I made.

They carried me along during the space designs stage, gave me *OPTIONS* to select from and worked with my *BUDGET*.

Some of the key highlights for me are:

1. They provided *detailed working drawings* for all my furniture which helped me to picture them and provide necessary feedback of my preferences before actual production.

2. Based on my budget, I requested for locally made furniture and the *quality/finishing* of furniture I got totally surpassed my expectations.

3. *Kenny was physically present* along with the artisans during all stages of painting, accessories and furniture installation to ensure quality delivery.

4. Kenny did all within his possible means to satisfy me as he *happily effected all changes and corrections* I requested for during the project.

This to me is very key and client satisfaction is what makes a truly professional interior design company"....

#2: EXPECT

VALUE

Everything about my services goes beyond the immediate expected value applicable to the design industry.

Take for instance the review that was shared in the last slide, the client got over 50% of the satisfaction he experienced before he made any commitment.

I do not mean to brag but believe me when I say Consult Kenny audiences and prospects get better value from our platform for free than what they get as paying clients on other platforms

From site briefs to invoicing and more, value addition is our trademark at Consult Kenny, and there is no better time to take advantage than now.

#3: EXPECT TO GET BETTER

Besides the functional and beautiful spaces I always seek to create, there is an innate desire to see my clients get better from time to time.

With all sense of gratitude, I have been privileged to design spaces for people in the days of their humble beginnings, and see same people transition to greater heights

From tiny apartment to mansions, mini store to shopping complex, with yours truly tagged as a part of these success stories, there is a sense of fulfilment that comes with seeing my clients get better

And who knows if you are next?

Now that you know I'm interested in your success story, do not hesitate to bring me on board your next project regardless of the scale.

I'm Kenny, an interior designer and project manager.
